Why Parri exists

The gap between strategy and execution is where results die.

Jess Zeis has run search marketing for high-trust industries for over a decade. Healthcare, aesthetics, legal, financial services. The industries where Google's own quality standards are strictest, where buyers research carefully before they spend, and where a weak search presence does not just hurt acquisition, it actively erodes the brand.

Most agencies have a version of the same problem. A strategist sells the engagement. An account manager runs it. A junior team executes the work. The person who understood your business during the sales process is three layers removed from the person writing your content or managing your campaigns by month two. The gap between what was promised and what gets delivered is not always intentional. It is structural.

Parri exists because the person who sells the work should be the person who does it. That is the operating model.

Parri Search was built around a different structure. One person, responsible for everything. Strategy, execution, reporting, and the judgment calls in between. No account managers. No junior team. No handoffs. The client who signs is the client Jess works with, from the first strategy conversation to the month-twelve reporting call.

The verticals Parri serves are not accidents. High-trust industries, specifically healthcare, aesthetics, and financial services, share a buyer dynamic that most marketing agencies do not understand: the customer is skeptical, research-driven, and making a decision she will live with for years. Getting found by that customer requires more than ranking for the obvious keywords. It requires understanding how she evaluates trust, what signals she weighs, and where in her research process your search presence needs to show up.

That understanding takes time to develop and is hard to replicate at agency scale. It is also what Jess has spent a decade building. Parri is the structure that lets her apply it without dilution.

The name

Why Parri?

Parri Search is named after Parry's agave, agave parryi, a plant native to some of the most inhospitable terrain in North America. Rocky soil, extreme heat, long droughts. It thrives where most plants cannot survive.

High-trust search marketing is its own version of inhospitable terrain. The standards are stricter, the buyers more skeptical, and the work that holds up in other verticals often fails here. The agave does not adapt by becoming something it is not. It is simply built for conditions others find impossible. Parri is built the same way.

What Parri stands for

Three principles. Non-negotiable.

Success is measured in booked patients, signed clients, and qualified cases.

Not clicks, impressions, or rankings alone. The engagement is only worth continuing if it is producing outcomes your business can feel.

No performance theater.

Clear reports. Async communication. Meetings only when there is a real decision to make. Your time is not a resource Parri wastes.

No long contracts.

Four months minimum, then month-to-month with thirty days' written notice. Clients stay because the work is producing results, not because they are locked in.

How it works in practice

What working with Parri actually looks like.

Async-first, always.

Parri operates async by default. Onboarding is a thoughtful intake document and a kickoff Loom from Jess, not a scheduled call. Updates come through clear written reports and Loom walkthroughs. Meetings happen when there is a real decision to make, not on a calendar cadence.

Loom-based communication.

Jess uses Loom extensively. Monthly reporting comes with a Loom walkthrough of the numbers. Strategy recommendations come with a Loom explaining the reasoning. You watch when you have time and reply when it is convenient. The same async model that makes the sales process feel different is also how the engagement runs.

You stay close to the strategy.

Parri does the work. Your job is to stay close enough to the strategy to make decisions when they are needed, and to give access to the systems Parri needs to do the work correctly. CRM, booking system, ad accounts, Google Search Console. The businesses that get the most from this engagement are the ones who treat it as a partnership, not a hand-off.

Results or an honest conversation.

If the work is not producing results, Parri wants to know why before you do. That conversation happens in regular strategic check-ins, not in a cancellation email. Parri also exits engagements proactively when the conditions for results are not present. A client who will not act on critical recommendations is not a client Parri keeps.
