Three tiers for paid search and three for SEO, priced by the scope of your client's account rather than the size of your agency. Everything included is listed. Everything excluded is listed too.

A single-location plumber and a national ecommerce brand are not the same amount of work, so they are not the same price. That means a smaller agency with local clients pays less without anyone discounting anything, and a larger agency running competitive national accounts pays what that work actually costs. Nobody has to negotiate to arrive at a fair number.
Parri assigns the tier after looking at the account. Send it over and you will be told which tier it falls in before any commitment. Tiers are reviewed quarterly, and an account moves up automatically if ad spend crosses the threshold or locations are added. That trigger is written into the statement of work so it is never a surprise conversation.
Scope for every tier is defined in a written statement of work per account. Work beyond that scope is quoted separately rather than absorbed quietly, because absorbing it is how fulfillment quality degrades without anyone noticing until the client churns.

Bundled and volume
Running paid and organic on the same account is about 15 percent less than buying them separately because the research, tracking, and reporting overlap. The last column shows the gross margin left at a typical agency retail price.
| Tier | Separately | Bundled | Typical retail | Your margin |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tier 1 P1 plus S1 | $1,545 | $1,315 | $2,500 to $3,000 | 47 to 56% |
| Tier 2 P2 plus S2 | $2,945 | $2,500 | $4,500 to $5,500 | 44 to 55% |
| Tier 3 P3 plus S3 | $5,095 | $4,330 | $8,000 to $10,000 | 46 to 57% |
Volume pricing is 5 percent off for 3 to 4 active service accounts, 10 percent for 5 to 9, and 15 percent for 10 or more. A client receiving both SEO and Google Ads counts as two service accounts. Bundle and volume discounts do not stack beyond a 15 percent total discount.
Setup and add-ons
Setup is charged once per account, not once per channel. A bundled account pays a single setup fee.
| Item | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Onboarding, Tier 1 | $500 | Access, audit, tracking configuration, baseline documentation |
| Onboarding, Tier 2 | $1,000 | As above plus multi-location setup and template mapping |
| Onboarding, Tier 3 | $1,750 | As above plus log file access, feed review, and migration planning |
| Link acquisition | At cost plus $200 per month | You pay exactly what the placement costs, with the invoice shown. The flat fee covers target vetting, anchor strategy, placement QA, and profile monitoring. No markup on inventory. |
| Digital PR | From $2,500 per project | Scoped and quoted individually. Not a monthly line item. |
| Additional landing page | $600 each | Beyond the count included in the tier |
| Additional content piece | $250 each | Beyond the monthly count included in the tier |
| Technical project | From $1,500 flat | Migrations, tracking rebuilds, consolidation work, compliance cleanup |
| Pre-sale audit | No charge | Send a prospect you are trying to close and you get a recorded teardown to use in your pitch. Available to active partners on any tier. |
Foundational citations and directory work are included in S1 and above. Link acquisition here means editorial placements, quoted separately because a retainer that silently includes links is a retainer paying for low quality ones.
Boundaries
Listed plainly so there is nothing to discover in month three.
Account management and client communication. You own the relationship.
Sales, pitching, and proposal writing.
Billing and collections from your client.
Ad spend, which your client pays directly to the platform.
Third party software licenses such as call tracking or heatmapping.
Web development beyond the landing pages listed in the tier.
Social media, email marketing, and paid social.
Legal accounts, which are spoken for under an existing commitment.
Month to month with 30 days written notice. No annual lock-in.
Invoiced on the first, due on receipt, and payable regardless of whether your client has paid you.
Scope is defined per account in a written statement of work.
Tier is assigned by Parri after reviewing the account, and reviewed quarterly.
Automatic tier movement is triggered by ad spend thresholds or added locations, written into the statement of work.
Results commitments require working analytics, tracking access, and the ability to influence the landing page.
Standard non-circumvent applies in both directions.
Send one client's Google Ads or Search Console account. You will get the tier, a recorded walkthrough of what would change and why, and a number you can model against within two business days. Zero-obligation.
